Applications for participation in the "Menin Uyum" Program are accepted ONLINE at portal.gik.kg.
1. In the window that opens, click "Register";
2. Fill in all required fields (4 blocks), then click "Save"; After registration, your Personal Account will open on the portal, and you will receive an SMS with a temporary password to set your password.
3. Log in to your Personal Account, enter your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and password;
4. Next, you will need to pay for the services. The personal account and amount due are indicated in the "Payment for Services" section;
5. Then, you will need to confirm your registered profile by providing consent to the processing of your spouse's personal data. Consent to the processing of personal data is provided through the Balance.kg mobile app:
• Download Balance.kg (your spouse must download it separately);
• Complete online identification in the Balance.kg app;
• In the Balance.kg menu, click "Gos" - "State Mortgage Company." The program participant clicks "Register with the State Mortgage Company," and the spouse clicks "Spouse's Consent."
6. After confirming your profile, in the "My Applications" section, click "Add Application," enter additional information, and submit your application for review to JSC "GIK." The application status should be "Sent for Review."
Employees of government agencies and departments exempt from paying taxes and contributions to the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic must attach a salary certificate for the last 12 months and other documents confirming their employment history to their personal account in the "My Documents" section to determine their work experience.
Consent to the processing of personal data is required to process electronic requests from government agencies for data compliance with the eligibility criteria for state housing programs. After consent is provided, a fee must be paid for the processing of requests from government agencies. Payment can be made through the following electronic payment services: Elcard Mobile, Elsom, MegaPay, Balance.kg, RSK 24, O!Dengi, and Optima24.
